'A helping hand', This picture was taken at the Venice Marathon in which my wife was running. It shows Venice Firemen helping a wheelchair competitor over one of the many bridges on the course. With this picture I was the area finalist in a Specsavers photo competition with a weekend in London to collect the prizes of a Cheque for £150 and a Pentax camera kit. We were taken to the opening of a portrait exhibition at an art gallery where our pictures were exhibited along with pictures of stars with their dogs sponsored by Specsavers in aid of Guide Dogs
